OVERVIEW

The objective of the Master Human Resource Management qualification is to provide learners with the skills and understanding in human resource management (HRM) that align with good strategic decision making to maintain organizations’ competitive advantage. Learners acquire knowledge through an integrated approach of theory in human resource management and practice using real-time activities. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS 

  • Must be a  valid member of Edu Assist International Association throughout the program
  • Bachelor degree or professional, Executive degree
  • Diploma or professional, Executive Diploma with min 5 years of working experience from local or overseas institution
  • RPEL Competency Diploma – Recognition of Prior Learning
  • Mature learners with management or supervisory experience
  • Learners must be 30 years old or older at the beginning of the course
