Master in Business Administration (Level 7-SOBS/MIBA/07)


The objective of the Master in Business Administration qualification is to develop strategic administrative, management and leadership skills for employees who have the authority and personal attributes to translate organizational strategy into effective operational performance.

This qualification reflects current practice in strategic management and leadership and allows learners to develop and expand their high-level understanding of strategic management and leadership in the workplace. This qualification is suitable for a mature learner with a background in the industry. The qualification has a clear work-related emphasis on practical skills development alongside theoretical fundamentals. Successful completion of the Master in Business Administration will equip learners with the key skills and capabilities to become effective strategic managers. Their award also allows learners to progress into and within employment and /or become an entrepreneur. The participant with a Master in Business Administration can also pursue their studies in a suitable doctorate program at Wilmington Metropolitan University.


Successful completion of the Master in Business Administration (Level 7) qualification will equip learners with the key skills and capabilities to become an effective administrative manager in developing strategy for an organisation. The qualification also allows learners to progress into or within employment and for their career progression along with their academic credentials.

  • Bachelor degree or professional, Executive degree
  • Diploma or professional, Executive Diploma with min 5 years of working experience from local or overseas institution
  • RPEL Competency Diploma – Recognition of Prior Learning
  • Mature learners with management or supervisory experience
  • Learners must be 30 years old or older at the beginning of the course
